What is the turnaround time for an order?
Items usually ship within 2-3 weeks*. Custom Orders may take longer, see ‘placing a custom order’.

How heavy are your cards?
Curio Cards are roughly the same weight as a traditional paper card (approximately .033lbs)
How thick are your Cards?
Curio Cards are roughly the same thickness as a traditional paper card (approximately .025")
What do Curio Cards generally retail for?
Curio Cards retailing for anywhere between $3.75 - $5.25 but on average $3.75 - $4.25.
Are your Cards flexible and durable?
Curio Cards are surprisingly flexible and durable. They can be bent and twisted in much the same way as a traditional paper card.
How much does it cost to post (mail) your Cards?
As our cards are approximately the same weight and dimensions as a traditional paper card the cost to mail a Curio Card is the same.
Can you write on the wood?
Yes of course, we do however suggest a ball point pen as some pens and markers contain very moist inks that tend to bleed into the grain of the wood.
Can you make a custom card for my company or organization?
Yes, Curio Cards offer our clients the ability to make custom real wood cards to promote their company, organization, destination or event. Please contact us via email with any further questions relating to making and designing your custom card.
What are the Cards made from?
Our cards are composed of 100% authentic, unaltered, natural wood material. Curio Cards are a real wood card meaning each card is unique, no two cards or grains will be exactly the same. Curio Cards continuously strives to minimize the environmental impact of all stages of the card manufacture. The production of our cards requires minimal amounts of energy, gas and water. In comparison to the paper making process, it requires less wood and other resources to make a wood cards than it does to make traditional paper cards.
Where are your Real Wood Cards made?
Curio Cards is a Canadian Owned Company and all designs are unique to Curio Cards, with the cards currently being made in North America.
Where and how do you get the wood for your products?
Each log is hand selected, making sure to select them responsibly. Logs are only purchased from companies that employ sustainable yield harvesting procedures.
How do you ship orders?
We ship using Canada Posts' "Expedited Parcel Service". Other methods of shipping are available upon request. (FedEx, UPS, Etc.)
What is your return policy?
If there are any concerns with your order, the items must be returned to Curio Cards for our review within 30 days of the original shipping date. Orders will not be accepted for return after a period of 30 days from the time of shipment. We will expedite any returned orders to be sure the concern is rectified in an efficient manner.
